God everywhere and in all equally
Rag Asa, Si Nam Dev Jee, page 485
Sri Nam Dev Jee in his composition given below taught us that the only Being that exists is GOD, Who is the Life Giver to everything that has come to existence. Everything that exists and grow, has the life in it, and the only Life Giver is God through His Light (Jot). "sabh mein Jot, Jot hai soey, tis dai chanan sabh mein chanan hoey" Guru Nanak Dev Jee. Every one that exists contains His Light, and it is His Light alone which gives Life to all. Whatever excellence is in any thing, it is His Excellence. The Sikh Gurus and Bhagats have used all the names of gods and goddesses of other religions, as the Names and attributes of One God Alone. Although God is equally present in all, yet no one is God as such. The Matter has distracting qualities also called Maya, and each creature containing His Light, is enveloped with the material body, which reduces us all to limitations and dissolution. So the creatures are mortals with limitations.
Sri Nam Dev Jee in Asa Rag, on the same page also stated, "eibhai bithal oobhai bithal, bithal bin sansar nahi" Wherever we see it is God manifest, without Him, none exists. Again, even the Name for God used is the Hindu Name for their god Krishna, "Bithal".
"One alone is pervading and permeating in the countless creatures; wherever I look, there He is. The marvellous image of Maya is so fascinating; how few understand this. 1 .
God is in everything, God is in everything. Without God, there is nothing at all. As one thread holds hundreds and thousands of beads, He is woven into His creation. 1 . Pause .
The waves of the water, the foam and bubbles, are not distinct from the ocean water. This manifested world is the playful game of the Supreme Lord God; reflecting upon this wondrous Play, we find that it is not different from Him. 2 .
False doubts and dream objects - man believes them to be true. The Guru, verily God abiding in me, has instructed me to try to do good deeds, and my awakened mind has accepted this. 3 .
Says Nam Dev, see the Creation of the Lord, and reflect upon it in your heart. In each and every heart, and deep within the very nucleus of all, is the One Lord. 4 . 1 ."

Most Important Note on the last verse above -
(keval aik Murari - Name of Hindu god is given - scores of such Names of Hindu gods and goddesses appear at various pages of SGGS). Alas, Kala Afghana would have observed this in SGGS, before writing his Most Unwanted Criticism of Sri Dasam Granth, which has caused fatal injury to the Community.
